Heiko has had a very international education, following his father (president of the European Union Chamber of Commerce) from Kenya to the Netherlands via Romania, Sweden, and South Korea.
At the age of 13, Heiko started his first website and he has managed external IT networks from the age of 16.
Heiko was a pioneer in electronic music and has organized events in the Netherlands, Italy, Malta and South Korea with his own booking agency from the age of 18.
After his study in International Business Management at the Holland International Business School in Amsterdam, Heiko provided IT training for the international shipping company Hapag Lloyd.
In South Africa, Heiko co-founded Kinetic Events, a corporate events and extreme sports company.
Since 2004, Heiko has been responsible for IT, graphic design, media development, intellectual property / branding and business development for several companies:• GHSC Trading B.V. and Green House North America Holdings.
In 2014 Heiko founded GH Medical as research vehicle to investigate therapeutic cannabinoids under the Stichting Strain Hunters Foundation. In 2016, Heiko co-founded GH DRC, a biomedical research company in the Democratic Republic of Congo and since 2017 Heiko is CEO of GHM Europe B.V., a Dutch biomedical development and research lab.
